Bye Bye GTI

We sold my GTI yesterday. I have to admit, that I'm a bit sad to see it go. It was a good car, both practical and fun to drive. I realized last night that it was the first car Jeff and I bought together as husband and wife. Perhaps that's why I'm feeling all sentimental about it. I usually don't get attached to material stuff like that.

We sold it to a 60 year old school teacher from a town about an hour and a half south of us. He plans to auto cross it, and I'm glad to see it will finally have the chance to live up to its full potential. My coworkers have been trying to get me to do that with it ever since we bought it. :)
